Property Regulations and Cancellation Policies<\/h4>\n

These Regulations are intended to guarantee all our Guests a safe, pleasant stay that respects the property. Submitting a booking and making the relevant payment implies unconditional acceptance of all the clauses listed below. <\/p>\n\n

Section 1: Cancellation and Annulment Policies<\/h5>\n \n
Art. 1 – “Suite Cate” Rental (Non-Refundable Rate)<\/h6>\n
    \n
  • 1.1<\/strong> Due to the exclusive nature of the service and limited availability, all bookings relating to “Suite Cate” are understood to be Non-Refundable<\/span>.<\/li>\n
  • 1.2<\/strong> In the event of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure for any reason (including personal reasons or force majeure), the full amount paid will be retained as a penalty.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n \n
    Art. 2 – Private-SPA Sessions (50% Voucher Issuance)<\/h6>\n
      \n
    • 2.1<\/strong> In the event of booking cancellation for the Private-SPA session by the customer, no cash refund is provided.<\/li>\n
    • 2.2 Following cancellation, the Management will issue a Voucher (Value Bond) in the form of a discount code, sent via email within 48 hours of cancellation, equal to 50% of the amount paid.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • 2.3<\/strong> The discount code can be used for a new booking within 6 months<\/strong> from the date of issuance.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n \n
      Art. 3 – E-Bike Rental (Impossibility and Bad Weather Clause)<\/h6>\n

      • 3.1<\/strong> In the event of rental cancellation by the customer, monetary refunds do not apply. A Voucher in the form of a discount code will be generated and sent via email within 48 hours of cancellation, equal to 50% of the cost incurred<\/strong>, valid for a subsequent booking within 6 months<\/strong> from the date of issuance. <\/li>\n
      • 3.2<\/strong> Adverse Weather: Should weather conditions on the day of the rental compromise safety (assessed at the sole discretion of the Management), monetary refunds will not apply. The customer will likewise be issued a Voucher in the form of a discount code, sent via email within 48 hours, worth 50% of the fee paid<\/strong> to reschedule the session on another date, usable within 6 months<\/strong>. <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n
